We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Data Center team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our organization's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of product, advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to deliver to Company timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ overall years of financial planning experience, especially with data analytics and data modeling of a business unit, supporting a global, high-tech corporation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business; MBA a plus.
  • Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques in Excel, with ability to build and convey business insight.
  • Define new processes and analytics as well as influence business decisions.
  • Ability to improve and streamline manual processes and drive efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including effective communication at all levels within the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Critical member of revenue forecasting processes and conduct detailed variance analysis to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to project revenue, costs, and gross margins, supporting strategic planning and performance management.
  • Analyze complex financial data and trends to provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional business partners.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting by implementing automation and optimizing reporting processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with the FP&A calendar and quarter-end close requirements, maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance.
