About The Position

A growing Corporate Finance team in Ontario, CA is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to take on a high-visibility role at the intersection of financial planning and real estate development. You'll be a key contributor to strategic decisions — building the models, dashboards, and forecasts that senior leadership relies on. If you have a background in FP&A or real estate/construction finance and want your work to directly shape company growth, this role delivers that scope. Requirements

  • 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or real estate/construction finance
  • Strong working knowledge of real estate development, project costing, and financial performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach to cross-functional work
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • MBA or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting — and translate the numbers into insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Build detailed financial models for acquisitions, new developments, and investment analysis
  • Conduct variance and profitability analysis across active real estate and construction projects
  • Prepare and present executive-level performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership
  • Partner with accounting, project management, and operations to keep financial reporting accurate and aligned
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives that influence the company's growth trajectory
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting tools
