The senior financial analyst, corporate financial planning & analysis (FP&A) will be responsible for the coordination, consolidation, and analysis of The Toro Company’s (TTC) long-range plan, annual plan, quarterly summary of operating results (SOR), and forecasting processes. This role will have high visibility and exposure to senior leaders at TTC and be responsible for preparing executive leadership team and Board of Directors materials for the VP, Enterprise FP&A and CFO. This role is ideal for a high-potential, systems savvy finance professional who is familiar with executive reporting and presentations, thrives in a collaborative team environment and is energized by the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our business. The role will partner with divisional controllers, finance managers, and cross-functional teams to understand core processes and ensure accurate planning and reporting. The key objectives of this role are to drive continuous improvement, deliver accurate consolidations, deepen financial insights, and strengthen the overall quality of financial outputs.
