About The Position
The Capital Markets Senior Financial Analyst ('CMFA') will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefield's Investment Sales brokerage services across multiple product types, with a concentration in office and retail valuation analyses. Senior Analysts will primarily perform the more complex financial analysis activities of pricing, Excel valuation model creation, Argus Enterprise model creation and auditing, lease abstraction, due diligence collection and review, and will be responsible for translating analysis findings into high-level summaries for our Capital Market brokers. The ideal candidate will be based in Denver, Colorado and will be available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office. Team members may be expected to work outside normal operating hours depending on the need to meet project deadlines.
