Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the next generation of cloud computing, specifically within the AWS Serverless Compute business. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with AWS senior management and finance leadership to lead revenue planning and reporting, while also providing strategic financial recommendations. Your contributions will be essential in shaping the financial landscape of AWS Serverless Compute, which includes services like AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for building comprehensive financial models for new business concepts and pricing decisions. This will involve making analytical judgments and conducting data-intensive analyses to drive meaningful change within the organization. You will present financial summaries and business insights to both business and finance leadership, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed and equipped to make data-driven decisions. In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop and standardize financial reporting packages, build processes and controls as the business grows, and drive continuous improvements in profitability, free cash flow, and operational efficiency.
