About The Position
Under the supervision of the Director of Financial Aid, administers federal financial aid programs for assigned cohort(s) of students; assists with the coordination of the activities and day-to-day operations of the Financial Aid Office on the South Jordan campus; provide direct support and processing of all financial aid to current and prospective students in the College of Dental Medicine (CODM), South Jordan campus and incoming students in the College of Medicine, Summerlin Nevada campus (first 2 years of program only). Present financial aid information for CODM at all admissions interview days, new student orientation sessions, and exit counseling sessions. Provide clear, accurate details about funding options, application processes, and repayment responsibilities. Respond to questions, address concerns, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event integration. Provide personalized support and counseling on student loan repayment options, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of available federal repayment plans. Tailor guidance to meet each student's unique financial situation and needs.
