About The Position
As a Senior Financial Advisor & Planner - Personal Strategy at Empower, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Personal Wealth investment clients with a wide range of financial matters. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and support to clients enrolled in our Personal Strategy managed asset program. You will act as the primary point of contact for a designated book of clients, specifically within the mass affluent category, managing assets under management (AUM) ranging from $250k to $1m. Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding client experience through proactive financial planning and guidance, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed about their investment strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive relationship management, which includes regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will serve as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. Your expertise will be utilized to provide holistic financial planning across various subjects, including retirement planning, savings strategies, and education planning. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with financial planning specialists on complex issues, enhancing the overall service provided to clients. Performance in this role will be measured through various metrics, including client satisfaction, retention rates, share of wallet growth, and the generation of client referrals. A significant emphasis will be placed on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention, making your role pivotal in the success of our Personal Wealth division.
