The Finance Business Partner will proactively monitor financial trends and key performance metrics, facilitating decision-making through value-added analysis. They contribute to the development of overall business strategies and support day-to-day operations, leveraging their financial expertise to drive impactful business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
• Prior experience with Hyperion and Oracle systems
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite applications
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Strong influencing and communication skills with all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills for managing priorities in a dynamic environment
