Senior Finance Manager - Hybrid
About The Position
Senior Finance Manager with deep analytical and business insights expertise to play an integral role driving financial impact across the organization. The System Financial Planning and Analysis team is the central hub of PSJH's enterprise-wide FP&A processes and insights. This role will focus on thoroughly understanding of business drivers underlying financial results, while also relentlessly seeking to uncover value and driving impact. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work through ambiguity, proactively solve problems, drive data-driven insights to inform decision making and resource allocation and importantly, influence business decision-making at the Executive Vice President level. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
- 8 years Closely related finance experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business field.
- Upon hire: Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certifications
- Prior experience with Pharmacy Finance
