The Senior Finance Manager – Brand Finance is a critical member of the Finance team and will serve as the business partner to the Marketing and Innovation teams. This role drives profitable growth by providing visibility into product and customer profitability, offering actionable recommendations to OFNA leadership. Additionally, the role supports Kerrygold’s future growth by delivering accurate, data-driven P&Ls for new product proposals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience including roles focused on product and customer profitability, preferably in the CPG industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful record of financial management
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing knowledge of accounting and forecasting concepts in developing financial projections with full sets of financial statements
• Experience with building and running complex financial models utilizing Data Modeling, and Statistical analysis
• Ability to clearly communicate and organize analysis to present to Executive management
• Adaptability to changes and ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Capable of initiating and driving change
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to provide strategic input to the business

Responsibilities

• Innovation Finance Lead: Primary support to Head of Innovation and team. Provide financial guidance to the Innovation team as projects progress through the commercialization process, including setting channel pricing strategy and developing 5 year financials. Conduct post launch reviews on projects to ensure the launch was executed in line with business case and 5 Year Plan expectations.
• Financial Forecasting: Develop commercial inputs to inform the annual Budget and Forecasting cycles, including pricing, trade/slotting, and supply chain costs.
• Financial Management: Lead support for Senior Brand Manager, creating analysis of varying scenarios to drive the delivery of Brand ambitions. Develop month end variance analysis at the Brand level. Develop and report sku-level P&L’s at month end, highlighting drivers of change vs Budget expectations and Prior Year. Develop customer level P&Ls and together with Sales Finance provide regular updates on customer profitability, driving action for improvements, where required.
• Portfolio Management: Together with Senior Brand Manager, review portfolio on a regular basis, develop recommended changes as required, and present to local leadership team.
• LATAM: Lead support to LATAM business team. Full P&L and Balance Sheet ownership, budgeting, reporting and pricing analysis and execution for a key growth market, including analyzing opportunities for country expansion.
• People Management: Manage and develop a Sr Financial Analyst.
• Process Improvement: Expand usage of BI and identify ways to automate and improve visualization of financial data.

• The salary range for this role is $120k to $156k and the candidate will be offered a salary commensurate with their level of experience.
