The Finance Manager position is a dedicated position on the customer site supporting a government working capital fund life support/facilities operation and maintenance contract. The position provides important financial management, analysis, and reporting services to the Program Manager, Customer (CO, COTR, Finance Manager) and internal Fluor functins (Finance, Project Controls, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Billing, HR). Successful candidate will have detailed experience in finance, accoutning, or project controls within government contracting or the government. A proactive collaborative approach, strong analysis skills, and great communications skills are essential. The position supports the entire project life cycel including estimating, pricing, budgeting, analysis, forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and payment across multiple contract types (CPAF, FFP, LOE, CR). Experience and understadning with multiple goverment contract types is necessary. Duties and deliverables completed include both customer facing and company facing requirements. As such, relevant experience in financial analysis and government contract accoutning (FAR, CAS) are required. The internal and external customers significantly rely on the financial analysis and reporting provided; therefore, accuracy and timelines or information and compliance with policies and procedures is critical.
