About The Position

The Senior Finance Manager, Worldwide Small & Medium Enterprise & Channel (WW SME&C) determines operating revenue and expenses and conducts variance analyses. Identifies causes and recommendations. Assists in the execution of annual business planning and forecasting process. Provides business leader support and actionable insights during financial close periods. Contributes to new and unconventional methods and approaches to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and financial models. Provides business insights and recommendations to peers and stakeholders to achieve financial goals. Applies advanced understanding of Microsoft Finance. Develops new approaches to leverage best-in-class technology. Integrates varied data sources and assimilates the information into a comprehensive, clear narrative. Develops and leverages relationships with business partners to bolster sales, and to understand and manage business risk. Manages accounting and financial compliance, including the collection of data, accurate record-keeping, and coordinating with local Finance, Regional, and Corporate teams to implement accounting and reporting processes and ensure compliance with local legislations and statutory requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports to ensure accuracy and support of internal controls. Coordinate KPI measurement for SME&C Commercial Priorities, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Provide direct finance support to the Business Management team that prioritizes engineering requirements for SME&C, as well as business teams driving Commercial Priorities. Serve as the primary finance partner for Marketing Excellence, delivering insights and support for top-of-funnel performance, driving reporting enhancements, and establishing financial targets and benchmarks. Lead the end-to-end Budget process, including planning, SME&C budget landing and consolidation, restatements, and process governance, while collaborating closely with central and field teams, BSO, and WWIC. Requirements

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
