Join the Human Resources (HR) Finance team, supporting the front-line customer-facing HR organizations, which includes our Line HR, HR Consulting, and Corporate Functions. As Senior Finance Manager, HR People Insights, you will serve as a strategic finance partner, providing controllership and analytical insights that drive long-term planning, cost management, and resource allocation. The Line HR and HR Consulting teams deliver critical HR support across Microsoft's divisions, focusing on talent management, organizational design, change management, and leadership enablement. As the finance lead for these groups, you will collaborate directly with four Corporate Vice Presidents (CVPs) and their leadership teams. In this role, you will need to build trusted partnerships, offering financial insights that guide resourcing decisions and improve operational efficiency to bring success. Your adept analytical skills, business acumen, and sound judgment will be key to evaluating processes and optimizing budgets.
