Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or related areas.
5+ years of experience in financial consolidation, budget control, and compliance with financial controls.
Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to consolidate reports for analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). A strong understanding of business operations and financial principles is crucial for making informed decisions and providing valuable insights.
Strategic thinking with strong influence and leadership skills.
Ability to understand and challenge the status quo.
Advance skills in Microsoft Office. BPC/SAP knowledge is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with budget holders and cross-functional teams
The candidate should take the initiative and be accountable for their tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for consolidation of reports for analysis.
Provide early updates to Head of CP&A regarding P&L delivery progress and monthly control.
Financial consolidation of overheads & employment cost for the DBS function in the US.
Guarantee compliance across the P&L with the rainbow books.
Controlling, forecasting for Expenses and Capex for DBS
Business partnering with the DBS function leaders and members
Monthly monitor of main KPIs with early notice to CP&A members
Budget control
Active participation in Internal Control compliance
