Requirements

10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience managing global financial operations and international compliance.
Proven ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Strong expertise in treasury management and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial integration post-acquisition.
Deep understanding of financial systems and ERP platforms.
Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee global financial operations, including intercompany accounting, AR/AP, treasury, and liquidity management.
Maintain executive oversight of invoicing and billing structures to ensure cash discipline.
Support month-end and financial close processes with appropriate controls.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial operations with revenue strategies.
Manage relationships with external financial partners across various jurisdictions.
Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
Develop and refine financial models and reporting systems to support growth.
