The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising business performance.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and investors.
