About The Position

The Senior Finance Analyst, Bathing & Showering works with Kohler Co.'s Kitchen and Bath North America division. This position is a senior product-line analyst role that provides the opportunity to directly partner with the Bathing & Showering Business team as the Finance support for that team. This position will also partner closely with the Finance leaders at multiple Bathing & Showering manufacturing facilities: Huntsville, Alabama (Sterling Vikrell and Kohler SMC), Casa Grande, Arizona (Sterling Vikrell), Brownwood, Texas (Plastics Bathing & Showering), Armstrong, Canada (Plastics Bathing & showering), Kohler Wisconsin (Cast Iron Bathing & Showering), and Union City, Tennessee (Shower Doors).

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience is desired.
• A strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
• SAP knowledge and experience is desired.
• Experience or desire to drive process automation and data visualization.
• Ability to effectively comprehend, analyze, and make recommendations based on complex data is desired.
• Effective communication skills, both within and outside of the Finance organization is desired.

Responsibilities

• Full-P&L ownership for KBNA Bathing & Showering products, including performing financial analysis, communicating financial insights, and recommending action to grow revenue and improve profitability.
• Completing financial reviews of capital investment and new product proposals for KBNA Bathing & Showering, supporting ROI calculations, Authorized Corporate Transaction and Business Release approvals, and Development Gates from kick-off through Post Audit.
• Partnership with the Plant and Operations Finance for the Bathing & Showering manufacturing facilities to complete the month-end close, monthly financial projection, and annual Financial Plan.
• Assisting in the review and recommendation of pricing programs and promotions.
• Communicating financial insights during monthly Bathing & Showering Business Team meetings and participating in discussions of relevant business topics.
• Conducting special projects or studies as assigned by the Finance Director - Bathing & Showering Fixtures.
