Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Analysis or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Finance Analyst FTS NA-related occupation.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a diverse team accountable for development, updates, and validation of financial mappings between the Source ECC system and SAP Central Finance system.
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis of complex financial data to help guide decisions and set strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to global system standardization and best practices as well as overall business strategy by partnering with various functions including Finance, IT, Corporate Business Technology, Master Data, Corporate and Supply Chain.
  • Communicate financial business process and system solutions to peers across regions and platforms.
  • Support system enhancements and project implementations with gap analysis, system tasks and mappings, end user training, documentation, and coordination between various teams as well as financial close support.
  • Drive the resolution of any issues/errors between Source ECC system and Central Finance system such as daily replication, and configuration and master data mapping inconsistencies.
  • Lead service introduction activities for the S/4 HANA implementation to ensure a smooth transition to the run state team.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the run state strategy for ongoing support.
  • Prepare visual presentations of financial concepts for senior management, including developing complex financial graphs and charts.
  • Examine existing financial concepts to identify areas for operational improvement, including the mitigation of non-value work and the elimination of irrelevant data.
  • Provide support for key compliance activities, including ensuring completion of overall financial compliance reviews, balance sheets, and external compliance reviews.
