About The Position

Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring a Senior Field Technician to support our production team across roofing, siding, and construction projects. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can diagnose issues, execute repairs, and step in to lead when needed. If you have experience across shingles, vinyl siding, Hardie, single-ply roofing, and framing, and you take pride in solving problems the right way the first time-this role gives you the autonomy, variety, and growth you're looking for.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, roofing, or exterior trades
Strong working knowledge of: Shingle roofing Vinyl siding Hardie (fiber cement) Single-ply roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC) Basic framing / structural repairs
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently in the field
Ability to step into a leadership role on job sites when needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve field issues across roofing, siding, and structural components
Perform repairs and service work on shingles, vinyl, Hardie, single-ply systems, and framing
Respond to emergency service calls (leaks, storm damage, urgent repairs)
Support active job sites to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Step in as a Site Superintendent when needed to help manage crews and keep projects on track
Document work with photos, notes, and updates in CRM systems
Communicate with Project Advisors, Production Managers, and customers
Ensure all work meets Kingdom quality standards and safety requirements
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite professionalism
