  • Maintain strict adherence to quality requirements by verifying procedures, inspecting work, and coordinating with crews to prevent non-conformance and deliver reliable results.
  • Support timely project execution by coordinating schedules, resources, and field activities to keep operations on track and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor resource usage and field expenses, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to control costs without compromising safety or quality.
  • Act as the primary field contact for customer representatives, maintaining clear communication on progress, issues, and equipment availability.
  • Act as the link between the field and branch operations, providing timely updates on progress, resource needs, and challenges to ensure alignment across teams and smooth execution.
  • Assist in pre-planning of technicians, equipment, and materials to meet operational timelines, while ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Develop and maintain field execution plans for multi-rig operations, monitor daily performance metrics, and report deviations with corrective actions.
  • Direct and manage all on-site activities for drilling, completions, and frac operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • 8+ years of comprehensive oilfield experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, often paired with prior supervisory or management experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, maintain clear communication, and provide timely updates on progress and issues.
  • Skilled in guiding crews, subcontractors, and vendors, while mentoring team members and ensuring smooth execution of field activities.
  • Strong understanding of surface wellhead and frac field operations, service tools, and HSE standards, with ability to enforce safety and quality requirements.
  • Ability to work independently demonstrates initiative, maintains a controlled and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
