Raytheon Intelligence and Space is seeking a Senior Field Services Analyst to be responsible for maintaining Property and Material (Asset) Management records from acquisition to closure of Company and Government owned property. This position will coordinate all property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in the areas of Logistics and/or Property Management within the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lb packages.
  • Must possess valid driver's license to perform daily courier functions.

  • Able to organize and properly prioritize multiple projects/tasks across the team to meet customer deadlines.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Experience with FAR Regulations.
  • Knowledge of the defense industry with acquisition, contract closure, physical inventory, utilization, disposition, storage, contractor self-assessment audits.
  • Experience with SAP or similar software systems.
  • Experience in Government Property Administration and experience in Program execution and/or Operations.
  • Experience with forklift, pallet jacks and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the property management team in the coordination of audits for internal and external customers.
  • Manage property records of government materials and equipment.
  • Handle activities relating to acquisition, receipt, training, property loss damage reporting, and validation of property ownership.
  • Identify, utilize, store, and dispose of property and material.
  • Oversee contract closure and disposition.
