Job Summary The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting , working with mechanical, electrical, chemical feed, civil, and storage equipment , conducting routine contractual sampling and survey work , performing preventive and breakdown maintenance , maintaining parts inventory , completing cost accounting and field data entry , and anticipating and correcting safety issues (both company and customer-owned equipment). The technician will interface directly with customers and may work across multiple systems, locations, and technologies within a regional service area. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
