About The Position

You’re keeping operations moving — and helping shape the next generation of technicians. If you’re an experienced field service technician who thrives on solving real problems, owning your territory, and mentoring others — this role was built for you. At WMH Solutions, senior technicians don’t get stuck turning wrenches forever. They gain visibility, influence, and long-term career paths across service, parts, warranty, OEM programs, and leadership. WMH Solutions is a 38+ year leader in material handling, supporting warehouses, manufacturing, and distribution operations across the Southeast. With 11 locations and 250+ professionals, we deliver forklift service, fleet maintenance, automation, and aftermarket solutions that keep industry moving. We’re an exclusive Linde Material Handling partner and a full-scale solutions provider — not just a dealership. Here, your work matters. Your growth matters. And performance is recognized. As a Senior Field Service Technician, you’ll operate independently in a company-provided service van, delivering advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment across customer sites. You’ll also serve as a technical leader — mentoring junior technicians, setting quality standards, and helping drive operational excellence in the field. This is not an entry-level role. This is a career-track opportunity for technicians who want responsibility, autonomy, and growth.
