About The Position
The Senior Field Service Support Engineer (FSSE) at Arcticom, LLC will serve as the primary representative for the company at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) in 29 Palms, California. This role involves engaging with Marine Corps units to support the Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT), addressing system requirements, and facilitating collaboration between Marines and software developers. The Senior FSSE will be responsible for software functionality development, training, troubleshooting, and building effective relationships with key Marine Corps personnel.
