Requirements

• 20+ years of semiconductor experience, especially on 150/200mm tools (KLA, ASML, and TEL track tools).
• Must be journey-level with a high degree of competency in the field, including OEM certifications and/or industry licensing credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to report to management and executive-level stakeholders.
• Advanced computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in all software related to job activities.
• Technical or supervisory leader for the team directing the work activities of others and setting standards for the team.
• Perform advanced diagnostics to determine corrective repairs on equipment and may have met OEM qualifications.
• Expert-level application of equipment software and controls logic.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer B.S.+ or equivalent, but not required; 20+ years of semiconductor FSE experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide upskills to local line maintenance technicians.
• Share knowledge with other team members as an expert in the field.
• Give on-the-job training (OJT) and possible classroom training on various issues.
• Help technicians better understand PM & CM activities and troubleshoot issues across various tools.
• Follow maintenance manuals to perform PMs and provide input for PM documents.
• Provide input for proper troubleshooting guides to be written.
