The Senior Field Service Delivery Technician role is responsible for advanced services related to configuring, installing, troubleshooting and repairing desktop, network and systems infrastructure solutions for our customers. The position requires delivering quality services for one or more technological practices, meeting billable/chargeable targets, and providing logistical support for shipping and delivery. The technician will also be involved in assembly, configuration, installation of equipment, and end point diagnosis and repairs. This role requires travel to customer sites as needed and the completion of training as required.
