What you’ll do: The primary function of Technical Sales Engineer is to drive demand creation and share gain at the OEM and EMS accounts. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability to design-in Eaton Electronics solutions. This position will be responsible for directly interfacing with OEM's and EMS's within the Americas in their assigned territory and strategic accounts. • Design in Eaton Electronics solutions and increase Eaton share in the marketplace • You will be assigned a territory based on significance to the company and their strategic accounts • You will partner with regional sales director and regional sales manager for strategic direction • You will spend the majority of your time at key accounts (within driving range) • You will independently develop and implements action plans targeted at YOY growth and agreed performance levels. • You will make recommendations to management regarding potential challenges or issues on a case-by-case basis, offering solutions and pro-actively scheduling sales calls Qualifications:
