Job Description Job Requirements Core Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering , or a related field 5+ years of experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry , within the EE domain Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity Technical Expertise Experience conducting and leading DFMEA activities Strong understanding of electronic systems and schematics Knowledge of PCBA troubleshooting techniques Solid foundation in physics of failure for low-voltage electronic components and PCBAs Experience applying reliability engineering principles and statistical analysis Field Reliability & Analysis Skills Experience developing accelerated life testing models Familiarity with Highly Accelerated Testing (HALT/HASS) methods Proficiency in data modeling and applied statistics for reliability Programming experience (preferably Python ) for analysis and automation Failure Analysis Knowledge Familiarity with advanced failure analysis tools and techniques, including: Optical microscopy X-ray and CT imaging FTIR (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy) SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) EDS (Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy) Additional Strengths Deep understanding of system-level functionality and interactions Ability to work cross-functionally and lead technical discussions Strong interest in reliability engineering and continuous improvement
