Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in account management and/or reimbursement.
Knowledge of medication access channels and reimbursement processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills in challenging access scenarios.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Valid US driverâs license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and patient access to therapies.
Collaborate with field support teams to offer reimbursement expertise.
Address urgent patient access and affordability issues.
Conduct field-based support and educational sessions.
Build strong relationships with Immunology accounts.
Manage territory logistics and account planning.
