The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to various stakeholders, including agencies, agents, employees, and contractors. This involves creatively troubleshooting and processing new agencies, agents, transfers, or terminations for employees while ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing. The role also entails taking ownership of specialty areas and quality assurance aspects within the department, working on moderately complex projects and some cross-functional initiatives. •Location: Work Remotely in Montana or Southeast Idaho, USA •Work Arrangement: This role is fully remote; mainly home office work with local and overnight travel as well •The starting salary range for this role is between $68,000-$102,000 depending on experience and location
