We are looking for an energetic Senior Field Marketing Manager, who will own and manage our pipeline-generating programs for Branch’s Business across US & Canadian markets, reporting into the Senior International Marketing Director. The Senior Field Marketing Manager should have a passion for creating experiences that connect customers and industry experts with our brand. This is an IC position and will not have direct reports. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a hands-on problem solver looking for an opportunity to grow and have a direct impact within a small, focused marketing team.

  • Craft and execute targeted marketing programs (ABM programs) to meet the regional goals, including but not limited to events, digital marketing, and email programs etc.
  • Manage all elements of the marketing plan, including planning, execution and reporting.
  • Design, run, and manage event-based marketing programs that drive a qualified sales pipeline independently.
  • Partner with our teams to source participants, presenters, and speakers for all our programs.
  • Innovate and experiment with novel ways to engage our audience.
  • Support activities in close collaboration with the broader GTM teams ( Sales, SDRs, BD, Customer success) and report on program feedback, ROI as well as iterations on future activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning, messaging, goals, deliverables, and tactics are achieved before, during, and after each respective event.
  • Manage all event and direct mail logistics as necessary and be looking at developing vendors within the region.
  • Grow the prospect database of addressable leads within the region.
  • Rally cross-functional resources/teams (such as Sales & Customer Success teams) to drive interest and registrations.
  • Travel to and from events for on-site management/coordination (15%-20% of the time).
  • 6-8 years of marketing programs experience with at least 3-4 years experience building and launching ABM Marketing campaigns including events and webinars.
  • Hustle and ownership - we are looking for someone who is adaptable and can live in chaos and truly own a program and take it to the next level.
  • Experience running multiple marketing programs at once and is able to juggle competing priorities all while being detail oriented.
  • Has experience in handling events ranging from highly curated ABM events to large conferences
  • Flawless task management skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Experience engaging senior business buyers at every funnel stage over long sales cycles.
  • A track record of success in participating in field marketing campaigns and working with partners.
  • A data-driven mindset and a rigorous process for testing, measuring and optimizing programs.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Experience with an email / marketing automation platform preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in ABM tools like Demandbase, 6sense.
  • Experience working in the SaaS/ Martech industry is preferred.
