Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of successful experience in field marketing and/or demand generation campaigns, with a strong focus on large-scale conferences.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable interacting with sales leadership and C-level executives.
  • Excellent in writing compelling copy and content for demand generation materials.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Marketo and Zoom preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively at both a tactical execution level and a strategic planning level.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support corporate events and regional programs.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred but not required.
  • Basic design skills using tools such as Illustrator or Photoshop are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing plans for major security conferences in North America and EMEA.
  • Plan and execute exclusive Customer and Partner Advisory Board events, managing all logistics and ensuring measurable strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to define event objectives, messaging, content, and VIP 1:1 meeting logistics.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including contract negotiation, booth design, vendor coordination, collateral development, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing plan and go-to-market strategy tailored to the North America West region.
  • Lead the development and execution of tailored regional programs, including webinars, events, and targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Work as a strategic partner to the North America West sales team to understand their priorities and provide agile marketing initiatives.
  • Partner across the organization with sales, product marketing, corporate marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
  • Measure success by reporting on leads generated, contribution to sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Responsible for comprehensive budget management and marketing planning for all assigned programs.
  • Develop compelling marketing content to support all conference and regional programs.

Benefits

  • Base salary range for this role is $109,000 - $191,000.
  • Eligibility for stock-based compensation grants based on company and individual performance.
