This is a full-time, in-person position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience in commercial construction field supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supervising large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and safety programs.
- Willingness to relocate to projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide field supervision of on-site trade work with a strong focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project schedule requirements.
- Coordinate material delivery and installation activities to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize delays.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between trades to resolve conflicts and maintain progress.
- Monitor workforce production and provide guidance to ensure compliance with Holder standards.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to address issues and support overall project objectives.
- Promote Holder’s zero-accident safety culture and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Mentor junior field staff and contribute to team development and training initiatives.
