We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a member of our team, you will lead Building and Infrastructure planning and design projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of engineers and architects from Request for Proposal receipt, through construction completion, including scope clarification and fee development and negotiation with the client, establishment of the design team, project mobilization, design phase project management, bid support, and construction phase technical services. You will primarily manage federal projects for DoD clients via planning, Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods. As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide effective, skilled project management techniques to enhance design solutions, while controlling project costs to simultaneously meet or exceed contract scope requirements and company quality and financial performance objectives. You'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding the design teams to success. You'll play an integral role in forming positive, long-term client relationships, promoting communication and teamwork, developing the technical skills of team members, and collaborating with talented resources throughout Jacobs and with subconsultant partners. In addition to project management duties, this Sr. PM will have business development duties to include assisting SF330 preparation and will have strong connections with NAVFAC Pacific/Hawaii, USACE POH, and potential teaming partners.
