Our firm is built on professionalism, thoughtful advocacy, and a collaborative environment where attorneys are supported in delivering high-quality work while maintaining balance in their practice. About You An experienced family law attorney ready to take on a meaningful role within a high-level boutique practice. This position is ideal for someone who brings confidence in the courtroom, strong legal judgment, and the ability to manage sophisticated matters involving high-net-worth clients. You have 8+ years of experience in matrimonial and family law and are comfortable serving as first chair for depositions, hearings, and trials. You communicate effectively with clients, handle sensitive matters with professionalism, and take ownership of your cases from strategy through resolution. We offer a balanced and sustainable practice with a 30-hour billable expectation and a clear path toward partnership based on performance and contribution. Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $190K+ Case origination and performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) with 3–6% employer match Hybrid work available Vacation time is intended for you to fully step away and recharge.
