About The Position
The Senior Fair Lending Analyst is responsible for supporting the bank's compliance with Fair Lending and UDAAP laws by analyzing and testing transactions, policies, and procedures. This role involves performing statistical analyses, conducting reviews, and documenting findings to identify compliance issues. The analyst also provides guidance to senior management, prepares reports, and supports training and audit preparations.
