Markon is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. This position is responsible for providing the project management expertise for the coordination, planning, and work prioritization of assigned projects ranging in value from $50K to $20M or more. The role involves acting as a liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels, overseeing the Site O&M support contractor for resource allocation and document control, and ensuring that the government receives valid cost proposals. The Facilities Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and reporting metrics to support the paradigm of continuous improvement, project initiation, assisting in completion of and reviewing requirements documents to ensure that the customer requirements for power, space and cooling are met, and demonstrating project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates.
