The Senior Facilities Manager role is responsible for all aspects of allocated building operations within the Whitsett - NC Campus. Lenovo campus with a primary focus on building occupant experience and client REWS customer satisfaction. The position will oversee traditional IFM services as well as an integrated service offering that creates memorable experiences within our client's space that are a key differentiator for how the client's organization is perceived and valued. The individual in this role will be expected to provide superior client service while enhancing individual personal and professional skills. This Client facing role will be at the center of the action and requires the ability to be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
