About The Position

The Senior Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the Facilities Engineering Team, overseeing investment and expense projects, and ensuring project completion within budget and on time. This role focuses on addressing infrastructure deficiencies, optimizing site utilization, and managing energy and sustainability initiatives while collaborating with the Global Facilities Team. The position requires high levels of operational judgment and involves vendor selection for major projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing and/or Materials experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product quality in the manufacturing process, including quality assurance, control, and product inspection.
  • Lead analytical and design activities, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and participate in audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Facilities Engineering Team, ensuring effective planning and execution of investment projects within budget and on time, addressing infrastructure deficiencies.
  • Execute investment and expense projects to close out FM Global recommendations, reducing site exposure to loss, and participate in the review and selection of vendors for major investment projects.
  • Serve as the Focal Point for the Lynn site, providing analytical and operational information for studies and assessments, optimizing site utilization, and strategizing with the Global Facilities Team.
  • Manage energy and sustainability initiatives, collaborate with all levels of management to develop and implement initiatives, and maintain a working relationship with union officials.
