About The Position

The role performs a wide range of skilled maintenance, repair, and installation work across multiple trades. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, versatility, and hands-on problem-solving ability to support facility operations and infrastructure. The individual in this role works independently or as part of a team to maintain, repair, install, and modify building systems, equipment, and structures to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. Requirements

• Coursework/Training: Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses
• 4 years experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment

Nice To Haves

• Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled work across a broad range of trades, including electrical and electronic systems
• Conduct sheet metal fabrication and repairs
• Perform welding tasks as required
• Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Complete machine shop work, including fabrication and modification of parts
• Repair and maintain hydraulic systems
• Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair
• Prepare and paint surfaces for maintenance and aesthetic purposes
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation systems
• Perform carpentry work, including construction and repair of structural components
• Complete plastering work as needed
• Perform concrete and masonry work
• Install and maintain ceilings
• Install and maintain flooring systems
• Maintain, repair, and service motors
