About The Position

Senior Facilities Coordinator at Providence Child Center. This posting represents a 1.0 FTE, day shift opening (5, 8 hour shifts per week). Lyra Caregiver Assistance program- Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year The Maintenance Planner works with the department manager and his/her designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner. Develops and maintains processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies. Requirements

• Associate's Degree - Computer applications or Facility maintenance or 2 years of related work experience.
• 2 years - Experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in compliance with OSHA regulations, or willing to complete training
• Experience leading safety committee meetings, and staff education on safety awareness and best practices
• Experience with Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Center for Medicare - Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation.
