About The Position

We are looking for a highly driven SEO Senior Executive to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a service-based IT company and be well-versed in modern SEO, including AEO, GEO, and content-led growth strategies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz (or similar tools)
• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proven experience in guest posting and link acquisition strategies
• Experience in managing and growing content platforms like Medium
• Working knowledge of AEO & GEO principles (schema, structured data, entity-based SEO, conversational content)
• Understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and content writing abilities

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of SEO experience in a service-based IT company
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology domains
• Proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and lead generation

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced keyword research and search intent mapping
• Perform in-depth competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Lead on-page and technical SEO initiatives (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl optimization, site architecture)
• Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies , including guest posting on relevant and authoritative platforms
• Own and scale content strategy , ensuring alignment with SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices
• Drive AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to capture featured snippets, FAQs, and voice search opportunities
• Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for visibility across AI-driven search platforms
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Medium , including content publishing, optimization, and audience growth
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms, AI search trends, and industry best practices
