HSE Mid-West Health Region – Human Resources (Community Services and Acute & Older Persons Services). The Grade VII HR Senior Executive Officer, will be assigned authority to aid in the development, delivery and implementation of the HR Function, within HSE Mid-West. Working with the HR General Manager and the wider HR team to deliver a high-quality, generalist HR service that supports organisational objectives across HSE Mid‑West. The role provides expert advice and leadership across recruitment and medical manpower, workforce planning, employee/industrial relations, performance achievement, staff engagement and change management. Primary base to be confirmed at offer stage (e.g., Houston Hall, Raheen Business Park, Limerick / St. Joseph’s Health Campus, Mulgrave Street, Limerick).
