Position Summary: Sidney Health Center is seeking a Senior Executive Clinic Services to join our I CARE team in the clinic setting. Essential duties of the position include leading the strategic direction and operational oversight of the primary care clinic, specialty clinics, and outreach/visiting provider services. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires excellent public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians and employees at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business management or related field required

Nice To Haves

  • EPIC experience also preferred.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and operational management of outpatient primary care, specialty clinics, and outreach/visiting providers.
  • Oversee clinical and support staff, clinic operations, and the coordination of services to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, clinic staff, and clinical leaders to optimize workflow processes, resource allocation, and patient flow within the clinics, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and patient satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures, compliance with regulatory standards, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and excellence in clinical care.
  • Assist with onboarding of medical staff.
  • Act as a liaison between the medical staff and SHC on issues related to patient care and operations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to recruit and retain qualified physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • This position is a part of the Senior Executive Team and reports to the COO.
