About the Role: As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will operate at the center of Relativity's leadership and strategy. This is a highly visible, strategic, and demanding position that requires discretion, judgment, and exceptionalanizational and communication skills. You will work closely with executive leadership to align priorities, streamline operations, and execute company-wide initiatives—serving as both a gatekeeper and an accelerator. The Senior Executive Assistant will coordinate logistics, streamline communication, and ensure alignment of priorities. They will proactively identify opportunities to offer support and help remove bottlenecks that could impact efficiency or progress. This role blends high-level administrative support with strategic operational oversight, ensuring that their executives can focus on high-impact work while you anticipate needs, manage critical communications, and coordinate across departments and external stakeholders. You'll also help lead a culture of excellence and efficiency within the Executive Assistant (EA) team, ensuring executive support is consistently world-class.
