Position Overview Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices for a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc. Initiates routine and non routine correspondence and memoranda. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries. Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings. May utilize the assistance of one or more support staff members on a reporting or project basis. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent. Reports to the a member of our Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Five to seven (5-7) years of executive administrative assistant experience required
  • Experience and skill with Microsoft© Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
  • Personal time management and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
