About The Position

The Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at Edmentum leads one of the broadest and most consequential portfolios in the organization. At that scale, the support behind her has to be equally sharp, consistently reliable, and always one step ahead. As the Sr. Executive Assistant, you are the operational engine of a C-suite office that never slows down. You anticipate what is needed before anyone asks, keep competing priorities from colliding, and make sure every executive interaction is set up for success. If you are the kind of person who thrives on complexity, takes ownership without being prompted, and finds real satisfaction in getting the details exactly right, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • You have 2 or more years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a corporate environment; experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus.
  • You are skilled at managing multiple complex calendars and competing scheduling demands at once without losing critical details.
  • You have coordinated end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics and are comfortable managing changes in real time.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in writing, whether drafting a note on behalf of your executive or capturing action items for a broader audience.
  • You handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment as a matter of course.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, and pick up new tools and platforms quickly.
  • You are familiar with expense and travel management platforms such as Concur, Navan, or similar tools.
  • You work effectively in a remote-first environment and can self-direct your day with limited supervision.
  • You are available to work from the Bloomington, MN office on an as-needed basis.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, overlapping calendars for the CSOO and multiple SVP-level leaders, balancing priorities and ensuring everyone is consistently prepared and on time.
  • Coordinate end-to-end domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and real-time itinerary adjustments when plans shift.
  • Monitor executive inboxes as directed, draft correspondence, capture meeting notes, and route action items so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and logistics for executive meetings, team offsites, and cross-functional sessions across a large, distributed leadership team.
  • Serve as a dependable connection point between the CSOO’s office and the many teams and functions within the portfolio, coordinating information and requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Process expense reports, track approvals, and manage the administrative details that keep the office running at full capacity.
