You'll be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders. Your contribution will play a critical role in enhancing operational effectiveness, enabling leaders to focus on strategic initiatives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative/secretarial experience.
  • Two-year degree from business or vocational school desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and coordinates executive's schedule by arranging appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Handles all telephone calls, greets visitors, and composes confidential correspondence.
  • Relieves the VP of routine administrative details, including data compilation and analysis.
  • Prepares meeting agendas, maintains notes, and implements action items.
  • Creates high-quality reports and presentation materials.
  • Supports and administers projects for the division/department.
  • Maintains robust business relationships with key stakeholders.
