HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Executive Support team! Under general direction, this position is responsible for exercising considerable discretion and independent judgment while performing high-level secretarial, administrative and office management duties. This will include, but not be limited to composing and typing correspondence, report development, complex meeting coordination, maintenance of confidential documents as well as screening phone calls and visitors. These duties require a thorough knowledge of policies, practices and procedures to ensure the office functions efficiently and this elevated administrative assistant level requires initiative and may entail decision-making authority. NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days. Relocation is NOT available and sponsorship will NOT be extended either now or in the future.
