Overall Purpose: Responsible for designing, supporting, and/or administering executive compensation programs that align with organizational objectives and achieve attraction and retention of talent. What you'll do: • Data Analysis and Program Design: Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans. • Administration and Compliance: Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Stakeholder Communication and Support: Developing and/or presenting detailed reports, providing guidance to leadership on executive compensation matters, and collaborating with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs. • Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training. What you'll bring: Experience with administering short and long-term incentive programs, deferred compensation, and perquisites. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
